Gender Rule: This is an insurance billing rule that states that, when a child is covered under both parent's plans, the father's plan is billed first. (In cases of divorced or separated parents there are other factors that must be considered.)

Gingival Hypertrophy: The abnormal enlargement of the gingival surrounding the teeth.
Gingivitis: The inflammation of gums. The first sign of periodontal (gum) disease.
Gold Crown: A crown made of gold or an alloy of gold.
Gold Veneer Crown: A crown with an acrylic or porcelain face where the chewing surface and the surfaces between the teeth and inside the mouth are made of gold or gold alloy.
