Chicago Dental Society 140th Mid-Winter Meeting

Dr. Prehn, his Clinical Manager, Lead Hygienist and Dental Assistant attended the Chicago Dental Society 140th Mid-Winter Meeting. (The meeting was held in Chicago, Illinois.) They attended courses ranging from local anesthetic, aesthetic procedures and dental reconstruction. They also attended a one-day exhibit displaying the latest in dental technology. The main emphasis was to help make the decision whether to remodel the office and bring in new technology. The last major remodeling was completed in 1994 with upgrades in 1997, 2001 and 2003 with the advent of digital x-rays and paperless computers in the operatories. It appears as though the demands in equipment needs mandates an upgrade and this exhibit greatly helped with the decision process.
