Dental Implants

On Friday, April 24, 2009, we attended a seminar given by renowned prosthodontist Dr. Nader Sharifi. He discussed at length the restorative procedures associated with dental implants. Dr. Sharifi also reviewed with the hygienists different techniques for maintaining the health of the supporting structures and the implant. It was quite an educational discussion and we learned that hygienists play a valuable role in patient education regarding implant care.
